What is Halcyon Sky?
Halcyon Sky is a concierge and booking service for Bali’s scenic helicopter flights, operated by Bali Premium Trip and published by Juara Holding Group. It curates, times and reserves seats and private charters over Nusa Penida, Uluwatu and the south coast. It does not own aircraft, hold an Air Operator Certificate, or employ pilots.
That last sentence is the whole point of this page, so read it twice. Plenty of sites blur the line between the company that sells you a flight and the company that flies it. We keep the line sharp. Halcyon Sky sells the moment in the air. Licensed Indonesian AOC operators fly the machine, under their own certification and safety oversight.
Who operates Halcyon Sky and who flies the helicopter?
Two different entities, and it matters.
Halcyon Sky is the concierge brand. The bookings, planning and guest care are handled by Bali Premium Trip, our reservations team. When you message the WhatsApp number on this page, a real person plans your flight, checks live seat inventory, and holds your reservation with an operator.
The helicopter itself is flown by a licensed, AOC-holding Indonesian helicopter company from the South Bali heliport corridor. Every scenic run, every private charter, every proposal flight is operated under that company’s certification, pilots and safety oversight, regulated by Indonesia’s civil-aviation authority. We are the layer that orchestrates. We are not the layer that certifies airworthiness or flies the aircraft.

Balicopter’s Uluwatu Coast seat typically includes a photo with the pilot and aircraft, complimentary beverages and heliport lounge access, with optional add-ons such as en-route landings, hotel pickup and picnics. As a brand reference band, an entry scenic seat runs from roughly USD 130–160, climbing to USD 800–3,000+ for premium multi-landmark escapes and private charter. The cheapest tier is a short coastal run; the top tier is a Nusa Penida flight over Manta Point, Kelingking Beach / T-Rex Cliff and Devil’s Tears.
How does booking with the concierge work?
