Every flight you book through us is flown by a licensed Indonesian helicopter operator under its own certification and safety oversight. - Itinerary. You receive a written itinerary: heliport address, reporting time, duration, what’s included (photo, beverages, lounge access where the operator provides them) and weather-contingency notes.

If the operator stands a flight down for conditions, the concierge coordinates rescheduling or the operator’s stated refund or credit terms on your behalf, and keeps you updated through the same WhatsApp thread.
Can you arrange a proposal flight with a photographer?
Yes. Tell us the moment and we curate it: a golden-hour Uluwatu coastline run or a Nusa Penida flyover, timed to the light, with an aircraft photo and any operator-offered extras like beverages or lounge access. Photographer coverage is arranged via vetted partners. We orchestrate the timing and booking; the flight is flown by the licensed operator.
