Terms of Service

**Halcyon Sky (baliheliconcierge.com) is a concierge and booking service, not an airline. These terms govern how we curate, quote and reserve scenic helicopter experiences in Bali on your behalf. Every flight is operated by a licensed, AOC-holding Indonesian helicopter operator under its own certification. Prices and routes are indicative and operator-dependent.**

By requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or paying a deposit through Halcyon Sky, you accept the terms below. Please read them before you reserve. If anything is unclear, message our concierge on WhatsApp at +62 811 2859 0000 or email sales@balipremiumtrip.com before you commit.

Who are you actually contracting with?

Halcyon Sky is the concierge brand operated by Bali Premium Trip, with publishing and editorial oversight by Juara Holding Group. We sit in the booking and orchestration layer: we curate routes, time your flight, arrange the extras, and reserve your seat or charter with a vetted operator.

We do not own or lease helicopters. We hold no Air Operator Certificate. We employ no pilots and run no maintenance program. The moment you fly, your carriage is governed by the operating company’s own terms, safety oversight, and insurance.

Role Halcyon Sky (Bali Premium Trip) AOC Operator
Curates and quotes your experience Yes No
Takes your booking and deposit Yes No
Owns the aircraft No Yes
Employs the pilot and crew No Yes
Decides go/no-go on the day No Yes
Holds aviation certification and insurance No Yes

This split matters for liability, which we explain below.

How does pricing work, and why is it “indicative”?

Every price we publish or quote is indicative and operator-dependent, dated as of 2026 and subject to change. Operators set their own fares, adjust for fuel and season, and control seat availability. As a reference band, entry scenic seats start from roughly USD 130-160, while premium and private charters run up to USD 800-3,000+.

Published operator examples we may reference during curation include shared coastal seats around IDR 3,399,000 and private up-to-four-passenger flights near IDR 10,499,000-13,600,000, with multi-landmark Nusa Penida charters reaching IDR 30,000,000-34,499,000 per helicopter. These are the operators’ figures, not ours, and they can move between the day you enquire and the day you fly.

Your confirmed price is the one written in your final booking confirmation, not a figure seen on a listing page. We will always restate the current operator quote in writing before you pay.

What do deposits and payments cover?

To hold a slot, most operators require a deposit; some premium charters require full prepayment. We collect payment as an agent, then pass the reservation and funds through to the operating company under its commercial terms.

  • Deposit: secures your requested date, time and route, subject to operator confirmation.
  • Balance: due on the schedule stated in your confirmation, usually before flight day.
  • Concierge coordination: our service of curating, booking and managing your experience end-to-end.
  • Third-party extras: photographer, hotel transfers, picnics or en-route landings are quoted separately and may be non-refundable once arranged.

Refund and cancellation rules are set by the operator, not by Halcyon Sky. We will tell you the applicable policy in writing before you pay, and we will advocate for you if a dispute arises, but we cannot override an operator’s terms.

Who carries the weather and schedule risk?

The operating airline does. Helicopter sightseeing over Bali’s south coast and Nusa Penida depends on wind, cloud, visibility and the operator’s own safety limits. The pilot in command and the operator hold final authority over whether, when, and by which routing a flight departs.

We never guarantee weather, availability, timing, or a specific view. If an operator delays, reroutes, or cancels for safety or operational reasons, that decision and its consequences fall under the operator’s terms. In practice this usually means a reschedule or an operator-defined refund of the flight portion. Our role is to coordinate the fix quickly on your behalf.

Because of this, please build buffer around your flight. Do not book a scenic run for the same window as a flight home or a wedding start time.

What are your responsibilities as a guest?

  • Provide accurate passenger names, weights and counts, since operators use these for weight-and-balance and seating.
  • Disclose mobility, medical or safety considerations at booking, so we can confirm suitability with the operator.
  • Arrive at the correct heliport on time; the south Bali corridor includes separate addresses in Benoa, Ungasan, Sawangan and Pesanggaran, and we will confirm yours.
  • Follow all crew safety instructions on the ground and in the air.

Giving inaccurate passenger information can void a booking without refund, because it directly affects the operator’s safety calculations.

How do you handle personal data?

We collect only what a booking needs: your name, contact details, passenger information, and payment confirmation. We process it under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022, UU PDP), and we apply the same care to international guests who expect GDPR-style handling.

Your data right How we honor it
Know what we hold Ask via email; we respond with your records
Correct errors We update passenger or contact details on request
Delete data We erase records not required for legal or accounting retention
Limit sharing We share only with the operator fulfilling your flight
Withdraw consent Message us; we stop non-essential processing

We share your details solely with the operator and any extras you booked (for example, a photographer). We do not sell your data. To exercise any right, email sales@balipremiumtrip.com or message WhatsApp +62 811 2859 0000.

What is our liability limit?

Halcyon Sky’s responsibility is limited to arranging your booking honestly and competently. Because we do not operate aircraft, we are not liable for the flight itself, for operator delays or cancellations, for weather outcomes, or for injury, loss or damage arising from carriage, all of which fall to the AOC-holding operator under its certification, insurance and terms.

Where our own coordination falls short, our liability is limited to the concierge service fees you paid us for that booking. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under Indonesian law.

Which law applies and how do we resolve disputes?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We ask that you raise any concern with our concierge first, so we can coordinate directly with the operator toward a practical resolution. Most issues are settled this way within days.

We may update these terms as operator practices, inventory and the south Bali heliport corridor evolve. The version published on baliheliconcierge.com at the time of your booking is the one that applies.

For questions on these terms, a booking, or your data, reach the concierge at WhatsApp +62 811 2859 0000 or sales@balipremiumtrip.com. We answer bookings directly, and we would rather clarify before you commit than after.
