Halcyon Sky is a concierge and booking service, not an aircraft operator. We curate, time and reserve scenic helicopter experiences over Bali with licensed Indonesian operators. We do not own or operate helicopters, hold an Air Operator Certificate, or employ pilots. Every flight is flown and controlled by the certificated operator, under their own safety oversight.

Who operates baliheliconcierge.com?
Halcyon Sky is the brand name for the scenic-flight concierge desk operated by Bali Premium Trip, published under the Juara Holding Group family of travel brands. When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, you are speaking to a booking coordinator, not an aviation company.
Our role is narrow and deliberate. We help you choose an occasion, the Kelingking flyover, the Uluwatu golden-hour coastline run, a sunset seat or a proposal flight, then we match it to a suitable licensed operator, hold the seat or charter, and coordinate timing, pickup and add-ons. That is the whole of our service: curation and reservation.
What Halcyon Sky is not
To avoid any confusion, we state the boundaries plainly:
- We are not a helicopter operator, air carrier or air-charter company.
- We do not hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by the Indonesian civil-aviation authority.
- We do not own, lease, maintain or dispatch aircraft, and we do not employ or supervise pilots or ground crew.
- We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax or insurance adviser.
- We are not an airport-transfer or A-to-B point transport service, an aircraft-by-the-hour hire desk, or a fixed-wing jet charter service. Those are separate categories with separate providers.
Every flight sold through us is operated by a licensed AOC-holding Indonesian helicopter operator, under that operator’s own certification, insurance and safety management. Aircraft airworthiness, pilot licensing, load limits, and the final go or no-go decision for any flight rest entirely with the operating company and its pilot-in-command, never with Halcyon Sky.
Pricing, routes and availability are indicative
All prices, durations, routes and seat capacities shown on this website are indicative, operator-dependent, and accurate to the best of our knowledge as of 2026. They are published to help you plan, not as a fixed quotation or a contractual offer.
Reference figures on the site draw on rates published by named operators and platforms, for example a 15-minute Uluwatu coastal scenic seat quoted around IDR 3,399,000 per seat, private-helicopter scenic flights in the IDR 10,499,000 to 13,600,000 range for up to four passengers, and premium multi-landmark Nusa Penida escapes quoted at IDR 30,000,000 or more per helicopter, as of 2026. As a broad band, entry scenic seats start from roughly USD 130 to 160 and premium or private charters can run to USD 800 to 3,000 or higher. These are illustrative only.

Your firm price and terms are the ones confirmed in writing by the operator or by us on the operator’s behalf at the time of booking. Nothing on this website guarantees a specific price, aircraft, seat, route or schedule.
Weather, safety and cancellations
Scenic helicopter flying in Bali is weather-dependent. Wind, cloud, rain and visibility over the Uluwatu coast and the Nusa Penida channel can move a departure by hours or ground it entirely. We never guarantee weather, availability or that any flight will operate at a chosen moment.
The decision to fly, delay, reroute or cancel for safety belongs to the licensed operator and its pilot-in-command. We support you if that happens, by helping rebook or by relaying the operator’s refund or reschedule terms, but we do not overrule an operator’s safety call and neither should any guest expect us to.
We publish no fabricated safety records, no invented certifications, no made-up awards, ratings or reviews. Where we describe oversight, we describe it generically and honestly: flights are conducted by licensed AOC operators under the Indonesian civil-aviation authority. We do not cite specific regulation numbers we cannot verify.
Liability
Because Halcyon Sky is a concierge and booking intermediary, the contract for carriage is between you and the operating helicopter company. That operator’s own terms, conditions of carriage, insurance and liability limits govern the flight itself.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halcyon Sky and Bali Premium Trip accept no liability for loss, injury, delay, cancellation, weather disruption, schedule change, or any act or omission of a third-party operator. Our responsibility is limited to arranging the booking with reasonable care and to the value of the concierge service fee we charge. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.

How we handle your personal data
When you enquire, we collect only what a booking needs: your name, contact details, passenger numbers, travel dates and preferences, plus any special requests you send us. We use this to arrange your flight with the operator and to communicate with you. We share the minimum necessary with the operating company to confirm your reservation.
We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP). If you contact us from the European Union or United Kingdom, we also respect the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): lawful, limited, purpose-bound processing, and your rights to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you.
You may ask us at any time to show, update or erase your details, or to stop contacting you. We keep booking records only as long as needed for the trip and for legitimate accounting and legal reasons, then remove them. We do not sell your data.
